We believe in the following philosophy for our real estate investments: Acquisition of high-quality real estate assets at discounts to replacement costs and develop it. We execute strategic development and proactively address any physical or operating issues pertaining to the investment in order to improve marketability, rental income, and occupancy levels thereby causing forced appreciation. This also includes addressing the capital structure of the property where appropriate to realize immediate market value gains and reorganize funds so as to acquire additional Properties for the Portfolio; and operate or sell it.


Once development and issues are addressed we may dispose the asset or operate it by investing managerial resources and capital in activities that increase funds from operation and Net Asset Value per unit for cash flow and capital appreciation.
